Winner of the 2001 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best Play, Proof is set in the backyard of a University of Chicago math professor whose daughters and students have gathered for his funeral. Through present action and flashbacks, the story explores themes of genius and mental illness, intellectual rigor and research, family and legacy, and ultimately, trust versus evidence (proof).
Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students.
