Facility Rentals

All external parties that have reserved a WLC facility for an event through June 30 will be notified that the event will need to be rescheduled to a later time.

The Office of Events and Conferences at Wisconsin Lutheran College serves the community by reserving facilities and handling the details that make an event a success. The office will assist in planning and coordinating events, provide pricing and a contract before the event and a bill following, provide catering guides and order food, supply AV equipment, provide signage and supervision of your event, and do our best to make your event a positive experience.

      Are you planning a small business meeting, a reception or a formal gathering? Not only will the right food set the atmosphere for any occasion, but your guests will be impressed by the presentation. Our experienced catering staff will help you select a delicious menu for your event at competitive prices. Sodexo Campus Services will be happy to customize a menu that is unique to your event.       Please Note:

      • Wisconsin Lutheran College has an exclusive catering contract with Sodexo Campus Services. No other caterer may be used on campus.

      • You may not supply your own food or beverage for an event unless you have special permission by Sodexo Campus Services.

      • Wisconsin Lutheran College is a dry campus; alcohol is not allowed on the premises.


      • To ensure reservation of any space on the Wisconsin Lutheran College campus, a legally binding contract must be signed and returned.
      • Cancellations made between seven to 14 business days prior to your event result in a $100 fee. Full facility and food costs will be charged for cancellations made seven business days or less prior to the event.
      • Wisconsin Lutheran College has an exclusive catering contract with Sodexo Campus Services. No other caterer may be used for events on campus, except under special circumstances. You may not supply your own food or beverage for the event without prior permission.
      • Wisconsin Lutheran College is a dry campus. No alcohol or illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premises
      • Wisconsin Lutheran College is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is permitted outside. Please refrain from smoking near doorways or open windows.
      • The event must not be advertised to be or in any way implied to be a function of Wisconsin Lutheran College. This includes but is not limited to all newspaper and magazine ads, radio announcements, news releases, and promotional materials publicizing the event.
